Faneuil was recently named the Gold Medal Winner and the #1 Top Ranking Performer in the Americas by ContactCenterWorld. The Gold Medal designation distinguishes Faneuil as the number one performer in customer service in both North and South America. This award was presented to Faneuil at the annual ContactCenterWorld Americas conference, held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada from May 6th - 8th.
Faneuil was represented by Tarsha Leherr, Faneuil’s Senior Vice President of Business Solutions, at the conference in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This annual conference convenes representatives from leading customer service providers throughout North and South America. This was Faneuil’s first time participating at a ContactCenterWorld conference.
As part of her remarks, Leherr presented Faneuil’s company philosophy and values, as well as highlighted Faneuil’s Spokane contact center and their work in the healthcare sector. She described Faneuil’s commitment to and success with customer service initiatives, and the customer-centric approach employed in each of Faneuil’s contact centers, all based in the United States.
