Faneuil reinforces nationwide commitment to nurturing economic growth in the U.S.

    Hampton, Va. – Faneuil, Inc. (“Faneuil”), a leading 100% U.S.-based provider of multichannel customer care and other business processing solutions, reinforced their commitment to coast-to-coast economic growth within the U.S. through their collective expansion on several contact center projects this year. Work progressed on the company’s new sites in Wichita, Kans., Orlando, Fla., and Sacramento, Calif., all scheduled to open within the next several months.

    Faneuil hopes to help add value and stimulate growth to the community of Wichita, Kans. by restoring and occupying the historic Union Station, a former railway station with deep significance to local history. Already employing more than 496 new Faneuil employees at a nearby temporary facility, Faneuil’s forthcoming site in Wichita is scheduled to open in March 2019 and will be accommodating more than 700 seats.

    In Sacramento, Faneuil is expanding and relocating current operations to McClellan Park, a former military base converted to a business park. The 65,000 square foot office space will be ready in December 2018 and will be able to accommodate 1200 call center representatives.

    Across the nation in Orlando, Faneuil is relocating their current facilities to an upgraded, beautifully renovated location with an expanded capacity of more than 430 seats. This facility is projected to be completed mid-year 2019.
